| As a new arrival to Houston I needed a realtor who would invest the time to help me understand my options-the neighborhoods, the amenities, the traffic and other key issues. She helped me to narrow my search, both in terms of location and style of home. This meant that I didn't have to visit dozens of houses in order to find the right one. Thank you very much to Heather and her exceptional follow through on all accounts. I felt really guided and secure into buying this wonderful home in Houston. As a first time buyer in the US, it was a steep learning curve and Heather was great, very conscientious and precise throughout the whole process; and responsive almost on a 24 hours basis !We also had a lot of fun though out the process, which was very comfortable as you go through some serious moments and important decisions buying a house. So that was a very good balance, work hard and laugh hard!
